We are please to announce Meeting Spaces are now available for rent at Unity of Wilmington!

Our Sanctuary: A beautiful newly renovated worship space with grand piano, professional sound and audio-visual system. This space is perfect for weddings, memorial services, workshops, recitals or large classes. (seats150)

The Community Room with small kitchen: A perfect spot for group meetings with refreshments and outdoor garden access. Wifi and large screen is available for presentations. (seats 80)

The Parlor/ Executive Meeting Room: This private, newly painted meeting space is ready to support your classroom or executive needs. (seats 25-30 depending on room set up)

Outdoor space with fenced play area: This area is available free to any who wish to rent other spaces within the building.

Meeting Space for Rent

All available spaces will be rented for a minimum of two hours, including set up and clean up time.

Additional time can be reserved at an hourly rate.

Prices include the use of outdoor space if requested.

Prices do ot include a sound technician and/ or the use of AV equipment.  An additional charge of $100/ hr would be incurred if a tech is needed.

Love offering and other arrangements (such as a split of class earnings) are to be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis by one of the Unity of Wilmington's minisgters. 

Previously made rental arrangements prior to the issuing of this policy will be honored and assessed on a case by case basis.

Payment is due at the time of the event.

Cancelations must be made 72 hours prior to the event.

Additional Guidelines

Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The premises must be left in the same condition as it was found.
Decorations must be specified in the application and approved in advance with no damage to the building.
All events must end by the time agreed upon in the Rental Agreement, and the premises to be vacated promptly.
Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
