All available spaces will be rented for a minimum of two hours, including set up and clean up time.
Additional time can be reserved at an hourly rate.
Prices include the use of outdoor space if requested.
Prices do ot include a sound technician and/ or the use of AV equipment. An additional charge of $100/ hr would be incurred if a tech is needed.
Love offering and other arrangements (such as a split of class earnings) are to be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis by one of the Unity of Wilmington's minisgters.
Previously made rental arrangements prior to the issuing of this policy will be honored and assessed on a case by case basis.
Payment is due at the time of the event.
Cancelations must be made 72 hours prior to the event.
