Weekly Gratitude Practices in November
Gratitude when expressed from the heart is a great magnet to what one desires. We must use our spiritual intelligence to identify our intentions and interweave our gratitude into our time of reflection and meditation. This tool serves to both send out the message and then to draw it back to us. Charles Fillmore states that what we praise, we raise in frequency. Metaphysically, we find that what we are thankful for will increase its flow. There is so much to be thankful for in this world, even in the midst of what appears to be chaotic world events. Below is a link to an image of a gratitude jar. Please fill it up with your gratitude. If you would like to send us a list of what you are thankful for this year, we will place that list in the prayer box.

In addition, there is a song by Josh Groban called Thankful. May you know deep within your heart how precious you are in this world.
